William Wright
William’s core contributions with Proclivity have been organizational analysis, evaluation and strategy (including culture & job redesign and workforce planning), talent acquisition, and on-boarding.
William began his career in 1990 with a National CPA firm and for nearly six years his work involved audits, tax and advisory services for small to mid-sized (start-up to $60M) organizations in a variety of industries.
William left the CPA profession in May 1995 for a career in direct-hire recruitment, where until September 2001, he worked for two industry-leading recruitment firms within four major markets: Metropolitan Washington DC; Northern Virginia Technology Corridor; San Jose “Silicon Valley” California; and New York City.
Following 9/11/2001, William returned to Washington, DC where he began his career as a CPA-auditor, to bring recruitment and talent management best practices to organizations that promote social responsibility.
